How Can severe Headache Along With Eye Pressure Be Treated?

I am female,53yrs old.I have headaches, eye pressure, glands hurt, nausa, everyday. Pain between range, 3-up to 10. I take Zofran for nausa, and Norco,for pain,{ only when pain is at 10.} This is daily ! ? This has been going on since Nov. 2016. I found out on Jan.1st,that I have Glacoma,and , I take Lumigan drops daily at bedtime.My eye pressure was like 24, and now,it s 16. BUT, What s the matter with me? I had a ct scan of the brain,it was good.I went to a chiropractor{misspelled},nothing has helped.I have taken Augmenten,anti-bodic,thinking that I had a sinus infection, didn t work ????
